The University of Michigan is a dream university for millions worldwide. The university is located in Ann Arbor, a bustling city in the Midwestern state of Michigan. Quite remarkably, the campus was initially based in Detroit in its foundation year in 1817. After two decades, it moved to Ann Arbor. The University of Michigan now has a sprawling 780-acre campus.
