To Apply You will need:

1. A completed Concordia University Chicago admissions application.
2. Official transcripts of all college courses taken at each institution attended.
3. A Concordia-Chicago-approved international credentialing service evaluates foreign transcripts. Educational Credential Evaluators' evaluations are accepted by Concordia-Chicago (ECE).
4. A verified document guaranteeing financial support for your first year of education, assuming no unforeseen circumstances, as well as sufficient financing from the same or a similar source for the following years.
5. Proof of secondary school graduation is required.
6. For students moving from a school in the United States, a transfer verification form is required.
7. One of the following will suffice as proof of English proficiency:

• A score of at least 72 (internet-based) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) — Concordia-Chicago’s DI code is 1140
• A score of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
• Successful completion of Level 112 at an ELS Language School (ELS) or a certificate of completion of program from an English Language Institute (ELI), along with a recommendation of the program director.
