The university organises campus recruitment to help students find work, and the alumni network also organises professional mentorship and counselling for students. International students at SAIT are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities and gain as much experience as possible during their stay here. The university understands that the more activities and events these students may participate in, the more value and enjoyment they will get out of their college experience. 

Although the primary purpose of attending college is to learn and receive an education, the college experience includes much more than textbooks and quizzes. Studying at SAIT allows students to graduate from a world-class polytechnic university while also allowing them to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities.
