Working Part-Time

Regardless of the career training programme you are enrolled in, During the academic semester, your Canadian study visa allows you to work part-time (20 hours per week) and full-time (40 hours per week) during the term breaks.

Most students find entry-level work in hospitality, retail, or tourism, earning between $12.45 and CAD 14.60 per hour (the minimum wage in Ontario is $12.45 and $14.60 in British Columbia).
